DIRECTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR CHAPTER CAMPOUT SCHEDULE AND CHAPTER OFFICERS’ ROSTER
Chapter Officer: 1) Keep a copy for your records.
2) Completed forms are to be send by e-mail (preferred) or regular mail to your State Manager by November 15.
State Manager: 1) You are to review the forms and forward to your Region Director by December 1. Keep a copy for your records.
Region Director: 1) Review forms and send to HRRVC Headquarters by December 15. Keep a copy for your records.
