Annual Club Forms
Annual Form 2 and 10 are now available.Forms are available under the Members Only menu, in the Annual Forms.
Update: A form is now available for members to revise their submitted Form-2. Found under Members Only menu under Annual Forms
For best viewing and accessibility of each form, please use either Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari or Chrome. Using any type of an integrated browser through a provider such as AOL or MSN will not display correctly.
Form-2 - Must be completed first
To view members that you need to include in the form, you will be first shown the state/province you entered on first page. After you have checked and selected this states members, you can easily switch to another state to add members who have a different state then where the chapter is located. You will be able to print out the form at the end, when you submit it. Please do not share the information in form-2 with anyone outside of HRRVC.

You will be able to print out the events you entered in the form at the end, once you submit the form.

Generic Rally Form
A generic rally registration form is intended for use with State and Regional Rallies. You can download the PDF file enabling you to electronically fill out your registration with the details provided by the rally information sheet. Enter all the information detailing the rally, and the information about you. As you move through the fields and you enter cost related information, the form completes the calculations for you. Once you have completed the form, you can save it to your computer, and print it out and mail it to the appropriate address.
