EIR August 2014 Updates

Fellow HRRVC Members and EIR attendees,

It's almost here! The HRRVC Eastern International Rally and celebration of 50 years as a club is less than 2 months away. There has been a ton of work going on behind the scenes to make this rally another memorable one. The registrations to date include HRRVC members from across the nation and Canada. The EIR is going to be another opportunity for fellowship, education, and repairs.

Remember, we have been informed that technicians will be available with the first hour of labor at no cost to you. If you are interested in having Holiday Rambler technicians do any work on your unit you will need to complete this form (see link below) NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 1st. Please note that the "parts truck" will not be at the rally, however, when you preregister for maintenance, the technicians will coordinate having parts available to complete the work you have requested.

In addition to having technicians available from Holiday Rambler, we will also have techs on location from Cummins Crosspoint. The Cummins techs will be available to work on your diesel engine and/or your Onan generator. To schedule Cummins work all you need do is register with Cummins upon your arrival at the rally.

So now it's time for you to do a little work. Check your unit. Make a list of what repairs are needed. Complete the form and SUBMIT it to Allied Recreational Vehicles (Holiday Rambler) or register at the Cummins outdoor vendor location when you arrive.

Have a great remainder of summer! Be safe and I'll see you in Fairlea.
