Have you checked out the club communication board? Often termed a forum, it is a place to ask questions and receive answers among members. If you are dealing with an issue, there likely are other members too. Some members may have already solved the issue and can help by replying to your question. There are multiple categories on the forum, inlcuding an area to ask questions about national and local events, technical questions and area devoted to motorhomes and towables.
If you are a member of HRRVC, just log into the site. You'll see the link in the top row. That will take directly over to the forum.
Most important, this forum is about members helping members.
